http://www.mavenlink.com Mavenlink Team software for team building and project management. Enough is enough. Sick of Warning now here it is: If I was a Mavenlink customer or about to be one I would be worried whether I was going to get the cold shoulder from Mavenlink technical support in times when HELP mattered. Think about what I am about to tell you about those critical moments…whether it be that important project your working on or when time is to a deadline and your team is waiting or counting on you for a reply.

Our experience of Mavenlink has been terrible. We have sent THREE yes, three emails to Mavenlink who have not bothered to reply.

What this tells me is Mavenlink have pick and choose policy who they reply to? That regardless of emails expressing disatisfaction their customer service continues to ignore correspondence. Mavenlink who make online web based Project Management tools are fools to ignore our emails and this Project management software and team collaboration tools company is facilitating the flow of customers who cheat and deceive people.

Heres an example.

Take Mavenlinks involvement with Americanhonor.org http://www.americanhonor.org. A US fraud watching group that monitors charities has been reporting to Mavenlink regarding its “promotion” of Rhode Island and Philippines based Charity Americanhonor.org – http://www.americanhonor.org

Check the link: http://bit.ly/oRdisy | which states a WARNING: Readers have alerted us to a Providence, Rhode Island registered charity called Americanhonor.org. The registered tax free charity claims on its website to help wounded former military personel return to jobs and into the community by providing employment with registered companies and retail outlets such as KFC, Macdonalds and other corporates.

There are many community based return to work programs but there is something suspicious about this company that many readers have alerted the blog to. Cebusandman is quite surprised at the information received about Americanhonor.org see: http://bit.ly/oRdisy

Upon further investigation by our team we can reveal that the people behind Americanhonor.org have a past. Not only of aggressive behaviour, problems with correct corporate governance, but online examples of situations in the maintenance industry that is well documented eg. aggressive behaviour, lies, unpaid bills, wrongly registered entities, misrepresentation and charity fraud.

This is a real shame if its true that Americanhonor doesn’t employ any former military and is using the suffering of Military personnel for the financial advancement of its directors namely John Ottman.

We have reliable evidence to support a number of alarming activities of this Providence, Rhode Island registered Tax Free entity including its treatment and use of call centre workers in the Philippines to drum up business.

The Americanhonor.org charity is based in Cebu, Philippines and operates a call centre based in Lahug, Philippines at IT Park in the TGU Building.

For a start, Americanhonor.org does not employ “wounded warriors” and does not pay its Philippines call centre staff. The “rodent from Rhode Island” as he is referred to by our astute readers say that the “hot headed” and aggressive John or Jack Ottman who founded Americanhonor.org is still well and truly working for the company.

Search google and you will see that Mr Ottman (no relation to the Musician) and has a shady past and has been mentioned many times online for not paying his staff using various entities in the contract maintenance industry.

You can search various online websites for information about John Ottman and Americanhonor.org at:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/small-business-services/john-ottman-ottman-s/john…

There are other searches not tabled here but can be found using simple searches in google.com

It is said that John Ottman is not part of the Americanhonor.org business but this is a lie. Our intelligence sources in America and the Philippines have indicated that John Ottman is well and truly part of the Americanhonor.org business system.

Check online and search for Americanhonor.org and the ripoffreport americanhonor.org ripoffreport – Google Search http://bit.ly/pNu1rg
