The complete program code is based on Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. The connection to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 was based on Windows Communication Foundation and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 SDK.
To perform data exchange with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics AX we use e.g. Microsoft BizTalk Server.
We used Microsoft Team Foundation Server in connection with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Project Server for the Project Management and Release Management areas. We also used Microsoft Office Visio to model business processes and to plan and to design software development processes.

Our region reached an average of 167 points on customer satisfaction; proMX achieved 173 points in the last quarter of 2010. Our loyalty index achieved 100% and our competitive edge 96%. With this CSAT Survey we easily fulfill the requirements for Microsoft Gold CRM and ISV competency and the CfMD CRM 2011 certification.
