We focus on Visual Studio support for building rich client experiences with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Microsoft Silverlight, creating and consuming WCF services, sharing business validation rules between client and server, implementing local caching of read-only data on the client, and sharing common application services like authentication and authorization between Windows and Web client applications.
