Google Applications is a great free service from Google that gives you email, calendar, website, contact, and document creation and management. The free version should serve the typical freelancer or small business for quite a while before having to upgrade. Even if you reach the point where an upgrade is required, it only costs $50/user/year. This is a bargain given how much you save on software and hardware costs for software that runs on your office computers.
