http://anentrepreneur4life.com – How to achieve online business victory and generate massive success in your online productivity
Within the next few minutes you are going to find out how you can “Achieve Online Business Victory” and have Massive Results in Your Online Productivity.
Now that may sound bizarre and a little outrageous, but hang in with me and you will see that these tricks and tips can be very useful to you and the best part is you can start using them immediately to achieve online business victory
http://anentrepreneur4life.com
In fact, most of the world’s top entrepreneurs and business men and women follow a system like this and countless other online business owners have benefited from keeping these tips close.
So, are you ready to have the massive results in your online productivity and boost your success through the roof? Then here is what you need to do……
? Reverse Your Work from Goals to Milestones to Tasks —
o To many people only focus on the big picture, and nothing else.
o Focusing on the big picture is good for motivation, but it will not allow you to get anything done.
o Break your work down into small, manageable tasks that only take a few hours, only focus on those tasks, and you will see a huge boost in productivity.
? Quit Multi-Tasking —
o Most people think that if they can perform many tasks at once, then they get a lot more work done, but that really is not the case.
o Changing tasks throughout the day actually makes you less efficient. So stop checking email, create a spreadsheet, search online, and organize your files all at once.
o Instead do one thing at a time until it is done, then move on to the next. Try and see if you don’t get more work done at the end of the day.
? Eliminate Distractions Adamantly —
o Did you know that it takes a full two minutes for your brain to get back on track after being distracted? If you allow even 10 small distractions per day, it took 20 minutes for you just to get back on track. That’s not including the time you spent distracted.
o Here is a simple exercise to eliminate all distractions. Turn off everything you don’t need at that moment…..cell phone, email, Skype, twitter, TV. And only focus on the one task you need to complete.
o This will gain you more clarity than you can even think of.
? Pick Your Email Times — Set aside 2 times during your day when you check your email and respond to them. Consistently checking email creates a lot of unwanted noise and damages your productivity extensively.
? Set Your Schedule —
o People when they wake up most times have no idea what to do first when they wake up. They go to their email or twitter and start frantically trying to respond to them all. Don’t let someone else plan your day. Make a list in order of priority of everything you need to get done that day, and make it a point to only do those tasks.
? Break Up The Workday into 60-90 Minute Intervals —
o Your brain gets low on glucose after about an hour and half, so recharge it by taking a quick break, having a snack or getting some fresh air. This will recharge you and you can come back focused for another couple hours of intense work.
So there you have it….a proven online productivity formula that will help you achieve online business victory.
This is how the pro’s do it, and it is a great start to learning how to be successful online, and a good stepping stone to achieve online business victory.
