This is a demo I created to illustrate how PerformancePoint Servives work in SharePoint 2010. There is no sound, but the jist of the demo is that it shows how you can identify where the US arm of the company could improve profilt margin by focusing on products which do not have high shipping costs.
The aim is to identify the best sales person in the US for such products as task them to be a “product guru”, find their contact details and pass them onto other staff who work in similar territories but who are not achieving such strong sales.
This demo uses the Adventure works database from Microsoft.
